Plans

Skumo has three plans, each designed for a different stage of retail growth. All plans include access to every Skumo feature — the only difference between them is how many Shopify locations you can use with Skumo.

For most independent retailers with a single shop, Standard covers everything you need.

If you have or are planning to open additional locations, Growth covers up to five and Pro covers any number.

Free Trial

Every new Skumo installation includes a 14-day free trial. You get full access to all features during the trial, and your card won't be charged until the trial ends.

You can choose your plan when you first set up Skumo, or at any point during the trial. If you don't choose a plan before the trial ends, you'll be prompted to subscribe to continue using the app.

Upgrading Your Plan

To move to a higher tier, click Upgrade next to the plan you want. You'll be taken to a Shopify billing confirmation screen. Shopify handles all billing, and any unused days on your current plan are prorated automatically — you won't be charged twice for the same period.

Downgrading Your Plan

To move to a lower tier, click Downgrade next to the plan you want. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Note: If you're on Growth or Pro and have Purchase Orders assigned to more locations than your new plan allows, those orders and their history remain accessible — Skumo doesn't delete data when you downgrade. However, you won't be able to create new Purchase Orders for additional locations until you're within the limits of your plan.

Cancelling

Skumo subscriptions are managed through Shopify's billing system. To cancel, go to your Shopify Admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels, find Skumo, and choose to uninstall or cancel the subscription from there.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data remains accessible in Skumo until the subscription ends.
