Default Locations

Multi-location stores only. This section only appears if you have more than one active location and at least one supplier set up.

Set a default delivery location for each of your suppliers. When a new Purchase Order is created for a supplier, the default location you've set here will be pre-selected in the location picker.

This saves time if a particular supplier always delivers to the same branch — you won't have to select the location manually every time you create an order.

You can override the default at the point of creating a PO, so setting a default here doesn't lock you in.

Supplier default locations can also be set or changed from within each individual supplier's page — this Settings tab gives you a single view to set them all at once.
