Staff Names

Skumo uses a staff names list to populate the Taken by dropdown when creating a Special Order, and the name field when claiming a Stock Count.

Adding a name Type a name and click Add. The name will appear in the dropdown wherever staff selection is available.

Removing a name Click the remove button next to any name to delete it from the list.

Staff can also type a name that isn't in the list — the dropdown accepts free text, so the list is a convenience rather than a restriction.

Note: Skumo's staff names list is separate from your Shopify staff accounts. Adding a name here doesn't create a Shopify login or change any permissions — it simply provides a dropdown list for labelling who took an order or performed a count.
